FACE WORKOUTS

What is a facial workout?

A facial workout combines targeted exercises, expert manual techniques, and lymphatic drainage to sculpt, lift, and strengthen your facial muscles naturally, with no downtime.

How long does a session take?

We offer 30-minute sessions (HIIT, DRAIN, POSTURE FIX, ACTIVATE) and 60-minute sessions (HIIT+, DRAIN+).

How soon will I see results?

Many clients notice an immediate glow after their first session. Consistent results build over 4–6 weeks.

Is it painful?

Not at all. Non-invasive with zero downtime.

What are Boosters?

Add-on treatments to personalize your session: ear seeding (5 KD), muscle activation (8 KD), scalp circulation (10 KD), red light therapy (10 KD), electronic facial cupping (8 KD), gua sha release (8 KD), eye depuff (5 KD), lymphatic boost (8 KD), and private room (5 KD).

What memberships do you offer?

30-minute plans: On The Go (60 KD, 3 sessions), Lift (80 KD, 4 sessions), Sculpt (120 KD, 6 sessions), Detox (150 KD, 8 sessions). 60-minute plans: On The Go+ (90 KD), Lift+ (120 KD), Sculpt+ (175 KD), Detox+ (230 KD). Members save on every session and get priority booking.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

A 2-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid losing a session. Sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.

What services do you offer?

Lip Blush (290 KD), Eyebrow Micro (240 KD), Upper Eyeliner (150 KD), Lower Eyeliner (85 KD), Eyeliner Shading (200 KD), Beauty Mark (50 KD), Stretch Mark Camouflage (160 KD/area), Lash Lift + Tint (45 KD), Brow Lift + Tint (45 KD), and Laser Tattoo Removal (80–180 KD/session).

Do I need a touch-up?

Yes. 1 retouch session (50 KD) is required for all semi-permanent procedures. Must be done within 3 months of your initial appointment.

Is there a deposit?

A 50 KD non-refundable deposit is required for all permanent beauty bookings.
